Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our dynamic team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project planning and scheduling strategies, ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls and time/schedule management, with expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Fuse.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on high-profile infrastructure projects in the Canadian construction market.

The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), generating master schedules, and analyzing schedule performance data.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies
  • Coordinate WBS and CBS development and implementation
  • Generate master schedules and analyze schedule performance data
  • Lead and support the project team in the implementation of integrated enterprise-based master schedule programs
  • Analyze deviations from the baseline and propose corrective actions
Requirements
  • Recognized university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls and time/schedule management
  • Expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Fuse
  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data
  • Experience working in the Canadian construction market

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
