Job Overview

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a skilled Construction Scheduling Expert to provide project-level scheduling support. This role is responsible for preparing construction durations, phasing plans, and monitoring contractor schedule updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project construction duration
  • Prepare project phasing plans and participate in project risk assessment and constructability reviews
  • Analyze and present schedule-related project-specific issues for resolution
  • Manage various scheduling and planning functions using Primavera P6 software

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 software

Salary and Benefits:
$78,037 - $102,423 per year
