Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet our high standards, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of cooks to deliver exceptional results, providing guidance on cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and storage of ingredients, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure dishes meet our high standards, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a reputable restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
