Providence is seeking highly skilled and dedicated RNs to join our Progressive Care Unit Fellowship program. As a RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty, leveraging structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning to enhance your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in a comprehensive curriculum designed to support your transition into the Progressive Care Unit
- Work closely with experienced preceptors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge
- Engage in hands-on learning experiences to apply theoretical concepts in real-world settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
