Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Family Based Clinician to join our team in Pottstown, PA.
Program OverviewOur Family Based Mental Health Services program provides community-based therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and their families who face emotional and behavioral challenges. Our team of experienced clinicians work together to provide therapy in a family's home, under the supervision of a program director and clinical supervisor.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with clients and their families
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other team members
- Provide crisis assessment and psychological stabilization as needed
- Participate in agency committees to develop and implement program enhancements
- Complete all required training and certifications, including Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT)
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline, including two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum experience
- Two years of experience in the behavioral health field with children and adolescents
- Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
