Applied Behavior Analyst

Early Autism Services is a dedicated team of professionals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children. As an ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be part of a supportive environment providing personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-11.
ResponsibilitiesAs an RBT/ABA Therapist, your key responsibilities include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Providing direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collecting and analyzing data to track individual progress and make data-driven decisions
- Assisting in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions
- Communicating regularly with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns
- Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of sessions and progress reports
To succeed as an RBT/ABA Therapist, you must have:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (highly desirable)
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or completion of the 40-hour BACB modules preferred
- A valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, or have reliable transportation
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
