In collaboration with our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in one of our key initiatives – attracting and engaging top talent for myGwork.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will concentrate on cultivating a robust pipeline of potential candidates for our organization.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with hiring managers to fully grasp the criteria for success in each role, researching talent for current openings, and proactively sourcing candidates for future opportunities.

You will also serve as an ambassador for myGwork, representing our values and culture within the industry.

Additionally, you will strive to understand the strengths of our candidates and how their unique experiences can contribute to our mission; collaborating with various external organizations, universities, and professional networks.

Staying informed about market trends and talent movements will be crucial, as you will be expected to report on these insights to our HR and hiring teams.

• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, phone screenings, and managing the recruitment process using various tools.
• Engage with potential candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, with a strong emphasis on our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Utilize a variety of strategies to identify and attract candidates, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Act as a culture ambassador for myGwork, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support the hiring process by conducting reference checks and managing position correspondence.
• Monitor industry news and stay updated on significant talent movements.
• Provide insights on talent research and trends to the HR and hiring teams based on your findings.
• Develop and present competitive market analyses for outreach efforts.
• Manage social media activities related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with our HR team and the broader community to create inclusive employer branding campaigns that showcase our work and culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

A minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing experience, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.

Experience in recruitment, whether in-house or through a staffing agency.

Exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates across various levels and backgrounds.
