About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ACCS Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals served, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
  • Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of their goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to ensure the needs of the individual are fully met.
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff on the integrated team.
Qualifications

We are looking for a Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility. Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record are also required.

What We Offer

At Open Sky Community Services, we offer a competitive compensation model for clinicians, including FREE CEU's and PAID licensure. Our clinicians are compensated in a range based on current licensure and experience, with starting salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
