Job SummaryWe are seeking a RN Supervising Professional to join our team. This role offers a regular work schedule Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. As a RN Supervising Professional, you will work with an amazing and supportive team to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement home and community-based direct care services for clients with complex health needs.
- Collaborate with the Participant's Representative (PR) and assessment document to create a participant service plan.
- Provide training, supervision, and evaluation of services to ensure quality assurance of direct care services.
- Stay up-to-date with current policies and changes to the program, and participate in committees and meetings to enhance knowledge of services beneficial to clients.
- Assist with care delivery competency trainings and serve as a resource for participants, PRs, or workers on program use and other services.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, accompanied by nursing experience working in a hospital or home-health care setting.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- Willingness to be trained on services needed by people with disabilities and the elderly in Minnesota.
- Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to affect change and demonstrate positive leadership.
- High commitment to service and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
