Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human-Centered Experience Designer to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with our product management team to understand business goals and develop design strategies that meet those objectives. Your expertise in human-centered design principles will guide the creation of seamless user journeys.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to drive design solutions that balance business requirements with user experience. A bachelor's degree in design or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per year is offered, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible work arrangements.
