Key Responsibilities- Direct Services: Provide individual counseling, psychoeducation, and coordination of treatment referrals to support clients in achieving their personal goals.
- Treatment Planning: Assist the FACT team in developing written treatment plans with evidence-based interventions to address substance use and mental health symptoms.
- Therapeutic Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families, while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all clinical services, adhering to agency policy and contractual requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Services, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with clients with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders in outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Licensure: Eligible for Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration and current licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional.
