Louisville Paving and Construction is hiring a Field Service Engineer for Heavy Machinery to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working on CAT heavy equipment products, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our heavy equipment fleet. A strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work independently are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401k plan with company match.
