Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage, and secure access to the designated event venue.
  • Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain perimeter safety.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to attendees and property.
  • Maintain clear communication with fellow team members and event organizers.
  • Regulate access to authorized materials within the venue.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical situations and security threats, adhering to established emergency protocols.
  • Conduct interviews and gather information for incident reports, providing summaries to team leaders and event coordinators.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of a valid CA Guard Card is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in security is essential.
  • Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended durations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Background checks are a prerequisite for this position.
