Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 to $97,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a $5,000 sign-on bonus, as well as opportunities for monthly/quarterly bonuses that can exceed $35,000 in the first three years. Our hybrid role combines 50% in-person supervision with 50% telehealth, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our team of Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will guide our team in creating innovative ABA programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Inspire and support Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring they implement treatment plans with high fidelity.
  • Drive Positive Change: Develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education and support.
  • Embrace Challenges: Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and seek opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of ABA principles, practices, and research.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
