Project Management Opportunity
Join Batten and Shaw as a Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent and take on a challenging leadership role in our company. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of daily construction activities, ensuring quality results, and managing relationships with subcontractors and owners.

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

About the Role
The Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining overall project responsibility, scheduling and managing construction activities, and supervising various subcontractors and individual trades. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our company and make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain required documentation, including life safety plans, emergency action plans, contact information sheets, and infection control plans.
  • Hold initial safety orientation training with every subcontractor prior to their starting work on-site.
  • Manages preconstruction and pre-installation meetings with subcontractors.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience and understanding of ICRA infection control requirements.
  • Active First Aid and CPR certification and minimum of OSHA 30 training.
