We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

As a Construction Superintendent with Michael Page, you will be responsible for managing local construction teams, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with well-established General Contractors who value their employees' growth and development. Our clients are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment, and they expect their construction teams to reflect these values.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a strong background in interior construction, restaurant build-outs, and office/retail construction. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a competitive compensation package opportunity, with a salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 depending on experience. The package includes benefits such as 15-20 days of PTO, 9-12 company holidays, 75%-100% medical benefits, a 401k plan with company match, car allowance/company vehicle, cell phone and laptop provided, referral bonus, end-of-year bonus, and life insurance policy. Generous maternity and paternity leave policies are also in place.
