Job Overview

The Togus VA Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse (Certified Nurse Anesthetist) to join our Anesthesiology Services department. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and safety.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive anesthesia plans for patients requiring local, regional, general, and monitored anesthesia both inside and outside the Operating Room (OR) suite. You will ensure that anesthetic services meet the highest quality standards to promote patient satisfaction and improve outcomes.

You will also serve as a resource for staff education and be willing to mentor and precept healthcare trainees rotating through the facility. Your commitment to evidence-based practices will be essential in delivering the highest quality anesthesia care.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will contribute to a fast-paced environment, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary: $123,000 - $160,000 per year

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current state licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)
• Mastery of anesthesia techniques and protocols
