Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and proficient IT Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our expanding legal team. This role involves managing IT operations, providing support for cloud-based resources, and leading a group of IT specialists. Your contribution will be essential in addressing the growing technological demands of our firm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Direct and mentor the IT operations team, including staff training and performance evaluations. Cultivate a cooperative team atmosphere and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Cloud Resource Oversight:
  • Manage the efficiency of cloud resources, ensuring their reliability and scalability. Supervise integrations with cloud services to facilitate business functions.
  • Technical Assistance:
  • Deliver tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 support for IT-related issues. Establish troubleshooting protocols and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud systems.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Organize and implement IT projects, collaborate with various departments, and suggest new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Security and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Enforce security protocols to safeguard data and ensure adherence to regulations. Conduct routine security evaluations and risk assessments.
  • Vendor Relations:
  • Oversee interactions with IT vendors and negotiate service contracts.
  • Financial Planning:
  • Assist in the formulation and management of the IT budget, planning for future enhancements in line with strategic objectives.
  • Incident Response:
  • Utilize ConnectWise for IT operations and prioritize incident management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, IT security practices, and experience with ConnectWise and legal practice management systems.
