Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, identifying short-term and long-term goals to ensure adherence to the mission and outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial status of the organization, developing financial plans, monitoring the budget, and ensuring sound financial controls are in place.
  • Board Engagement: Cultivate a strong working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication around defined milestones and goals.
  • Professional Relationships: Build quality professional relationships with various audiences, including employees, clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Operations: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, strengthen internal communications, and promote a positive, multicultural work environment.
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree and 7-10 years of experience leading a business or public service organization, government, or nongovernmental organization. Experience must include a substantial majority of the essential duties described. Extensive international and multicultural experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of inspired leadership, develop talent, embrace change, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Key competencies include customer focus, communication, organizational focus, ethics, professionalism, teamwork, business acumen, cost consciousness, leadership, and change management.
