Job Title: Night Auditor Supervisor

Grand Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the night shift. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process folios and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in preparing for forecasts and audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/excel.
  • Experience with Opera PMS system (preferred).
  • Flexible schedule.
