Night Auditor

Grand Beach hotel surfside is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless overnight operations. Key responsibilities include checking in guests, handling requests and reservations, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent math skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
  • Process folios and reconcile accounts
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
  • Assist with forecasting and audits
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role
  • Experience with accounting and facilities management software
  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service abilities
  • Availability to work overnight
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally
  • Ability to input and access information in the property management system
  • Experience with Opera PMS system (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule
