Job Summary:

Real World Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads for our senior sales team. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong focus on scientific market analysis and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through scientific market analysis and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Produce effective social media content and campaigns
  • Author blog and vlog content
  • Assist in the development of original ideas to generate interest and overcome resistance

Requirements:

  • At least five years of outside sales experience in the safety and security industry
  • At least two years of sales management experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Robust social media knowledge and experience
  • Ability to produce effective posts and campaigns
  • Ability to author blog and vlog content
  • Friendliness, confidence, and active listening skills
  • Creativity and adaptability
