Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Real World Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads for our senior sales team. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong focus on scientific market analysis and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through scientific market analysis and cold calling
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers
- Produce effective social media content and campaigns
- Author blog and vlog content
- Assist in the development of original ideas to generate interest and overcome resistance
Requirements:
- At least five years of outside sales experience in the safety and security industry
- At least two years of sales management experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Robust social media knowledge and experience
- Ability to produce effective posts and campaigns
- Ability to author blog and vlog content
- Friendliness, confidence, and active listening skills
- Creativity and adaptability
