The Associate Optometrist is a key leader in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. This role requires a strong commitment to quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and maximizing results.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.
- Deliver key performance indicators and serve as a leading ambassador of the brand, both within and outside the organization.
- Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
- Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service, striving to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills
