Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Project Management: Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Project Closeout: Ensure proper project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and handover to the client.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of Project Management experience, with the proven ability to run multiple projects.
  • Industry Experience: Automotive or Industrial Project experience, preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software.
