Installer Partner Role
Our Installer Partners are essential to the client experience, bringing our custom-designed solutions to life within homes. These professionals are diligent and capable of managing their schedules effectively, thriving in the dynamic environment of in-home contract work. They approach their work with patience and positivity, consistently presenting themselves in a professional manner while treating clients with respect and kindness. Above all, they are dedicated to representing our brand and contributing to the growth of our business.

Installers earn a percentage of the net job cost, with rates ranging from $40 to $80 per hour once fully trained. Those with complementary businesses, such as handyman services or remodeling, will find that partnering with Art of Drawers offers opportunities for additional referral work.

To qualify as an installation partner with Art of Drawers, candidates must possess their own set of installation tools (basic handyman tools), a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, a working mobile phone, a computer or laptop, and internet access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to arrange scheduled jobs
  • Measure each job site prior to ordering custom products
  • Submit measurements for product ordering
  • Inspect the quality of received orders from the manufacturer
  • Install pull-out drawers and accessories, and construct pantries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with each installation
Qualifications
  • 1 year of carpentry experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of construction experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Required tools
  • Vehicle capable of transporting materials to job sites
