We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lifepoint Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises and therapies to improve mobility and strength
  • Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and patient families to develop follow-through programs
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
