At Melting Pot, we are seeking a skilled Server Host to join our team. As a Server Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Greets and acknowledges every guest with a friendly smile and introduces themselves
- Offers beverage, wine, and cocktail recommendations to guests
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all menu items and daily specials
- Makes food and beverage recommendations and answers related inquiries
- Takes beverage and food orders and enters orders in the POS system
- Communicates regularly with guests and anticipates their needs
- Responds promptly to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Processes guest payments, including credit card, cash, and gift card transactions
- Keeps service stations stocked and prepared to ensure an efficient service
- Complies with established safety and sanitation standards
- Able to work in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment
- Able to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Requires a good sense of prioritization and organizational skills
- Able to multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Able to project a friendly and helpful attitude
- Able to work as part of a team
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity
- Able to work a flexible schedule
The Server Host will work in a fast-paced environment, standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending for up to 8 hours a day.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
