We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician at GOALS for Autism, Inc.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior modification programs in home and community settings to teach clients new skills for life.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement one-on-one behavioral services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other special needs.
- Collect and maintain accurate and detailed data on client progress.
- Collaborate with GOALS supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide support and mentorship to clients and their families.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of college credit or associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
