As a Vascular Surgeon at Our Lady of the Lake, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and emergency services to ensure that patient healthcare needs are met at all times. You will assist in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement programs, ensuring the application of departmental and hospital policies and procedures, investigating new techniques and practices, and serving on administrative committees to ensure that all services provided are of the highest quality.
ResponsibilitiesPatient CareProvides direct patient care in the office and at other locations, develops treatment plans, and assesses patient's response to treatment while ensuring that all healthcare services provided are of the highest quality.
Quality and Performance ImprovementInvestigates new techniques, practices, and equipment in an effort to identify ways of maximizing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided to patients.
Collaboration and PartnershipCollaborates with other physicians in order to ensure the provision of high-quality medical care and technologically advanced healthcare services by the hospital.
