Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory control processes.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Inspect and count incoming or outgoing items to verify details against shipping documents, invoices, or orders.
  • Prepare and package products according to daily requests.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories of parts, tools, and materials within the warehouse.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate both local and interstate shipments.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including pick slips and shipping orders.
  • Pack, seal, and label packages appropriately for shipment.
  • Generate daily inventory reports.
  • Adhere to safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of following instructions with precision.
  • Eager to learn various operational aspects of the shop.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for tools and equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
