As a leading General Contractor in the Tennessee market, we are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team.

With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, our client is renowned for its commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in overseeing the entire project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Enforce a safe work environment and promote a culture of safety

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with commercial and light industrial projects
  • Strong software and technology skills (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • OPEN TO TRAVEL

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 10+ days of PTO
