About the Role:

The Installation Supervisor position at Hallmark US Springboard offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage installation teams, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring successful store installations.

Job Description:

This part-time role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, empower, and inform your team. You will be responsible for supervising installation teams, staff management, documentation of performance, handling retailer concerns, and ensuring timely communication with field service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation teams, overseeing tasks such as building fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and card department remodels
  • Staff teams for installations, handle staffing vacancies, and collaborate with Field Service members
  • Document and manage performance, provide feedback and coaching to team members
  • Maintain open communication with retailers, resolving conflicts and addressing their concerns during installations
  • Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to new and existing Installation Merchandisers

Key Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently, making decisions with minimal supervision from your manager
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts at store level and within your team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a group of individuals
  • Able to follow company best practices, implement change effectively, and delegate when necessary

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically demanding job that requires consistent energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the work day and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Climbing stairs and step ladders may also be required.

  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information
  • Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations as scheduled
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to read, understand, and communicate in English

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay for this position is up to $21.00 per hour.
