Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager

Nabholz Construction Serv is seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to lead our construction healthcare projects from preconstruction to close-out. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development through the Preconstruction phase, working closely with the Preconstruction Department.
  • Develop and manage project management plans, including safety plans, quality plans, and site logistics plans.
  • Manage commitments to subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with project teams and safety staff to ensure safe project execution and achieve a goal of zero jobsite incidents.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the project, from job setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and final closeout.
  • Oversee document management, including submittals, logs, correspondence, meeting minutes, drawings, and As-Builts.
  • Manage project timelines, working with project teams to develop, update, and drive schedules.
  • Implement Quality Management Systems and ensure adequate communication among project teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients and designers.
  • Provide team leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Actively promote safe project execution and anticipate construction flow to provide proactive project planning.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasting final project costs monthly or more frequently.
  • Prepare minor and miscellaneous pricing and lead efficient team meetings.
  • Anticipate and recognize project risks, developing management plans to mitigate risks to subcontractors, Nabholz, and clients.
  • Proactively investigate and resolve disputes timely and fairly.
  • Accurately report on the overall health of the project monthly or more frequently.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a similar program.
  • Proven ability to manage healthcare projects of $5M - $20M with minimal supervision.
  • 5-8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in commercial construction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to speak before groups of people in project interviews and presentations.
  • OSHA 30-hour training and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Estimating, Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, and scheduling software.
