  • Act as the primary Operations contact for a key Production initiative.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing facilities regarding production timelines.
  • Engage with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop Dual Source Strategies.
  • Oversee financials, quality assurance, and scheduling to achieve program objectives.
  • Recognize and address technical and scheduling challenges.
  • Must possess a current/active Secret Clearance.

Essential Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Typically requires 8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years in transitioning products to production, implementing cost-saving measures, and developing proposals.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a matrixed environment.

Full-Time Salary Range: $215270
