About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Engage Senior Therapy, a division of CPTE Health Group. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in providing direct patient care, according to the therapist's treatment plan.
  • Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care.
  • Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care services via EMR.
  • Direct the assistance of support staff as needed to achieve patients' functional goals.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active NH Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages.
