Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free systems to our customers. You will also facilitate customer training and drive future enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality, bug-free systems are delivered to customers
  • Facilitate customer training and drive future enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical schooling/training
  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the HVAC industry
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical drawings, specifications, and diagrams
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
