Ideal Candidate Profile
We are in search of a Customer Care Manager who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service across various freight management and specialty pharmacy topics. The most effective Customer Care Managers at VPL possess a positive mindset, a readiness to learn, a strong work ethic, and comfort with SaaS solutions and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrate solid technical skills and aptitude, ideally with a background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support.
- Adopt a problem-solving approach and leverage your troubleshooting skills to identify solutions.
- Engage with customers to ensure their success through collaboration.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Have prior experience in implementing software, preferably in B2B SaaS solutions and cloud technology, or in technical consulting (preferably ERP systems).

- Experience in the ERP or consulting industry is advantageous.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in customer service.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
