EMERGE is seeking a detail-oriented Bankruptcy Clerk to join our team in the Houston office. As a key member of our collection team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced environment as we manage bankruptcy cases and file documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on bankruptcy cases and update internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and produce documents corresponding to client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor case statuses and update documentation accordingly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, including document organization and management.
  • Research or investigations experience is highly desirable, as is prior bankruptcy experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at $18/hour.
