Key Responsibilities

  • Restore wheels and wheel covers to their original condition using the latest tools and techniques
  • Work independently on site at customer locations, using a mobile truck to repair and paint wheels
  • Inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Use spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

  • Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred but not required
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
