  • Execute preventative maintenance and general repairs to uphold system integrity.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors during installation and repair projects.
  • Engage with clients to address concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
  • Install and maintain wiring, cabling, and ductwork as required.
  • Manage inventory and procure necessary materials for maintenance tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duties.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Certification in Universal CFC/R-410A is required.
  • Experience in a hospitality or commercial setting is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to various sites.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and navigate ladders.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
