Lead Wait Staff Opportunity at Royal Oaks

Royal Oaks, a HumanGood community, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Wait Staff to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents and guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff and servers to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Set up, clear, and clean the dining room, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Take menu orders and serve meals in a timely and gracious manner, ensuring resident satisfaction
  • Provide quality customer service, responding to resident and guest needs and concerns
  • Coach and train team members to achieve high standards of service and quality

  • A competitive hourly rate of $19.00, based on experience
