Position Overview:

This role emphasizes the importance of resolving customer issues promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction while maintaining the high standards of our products and store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
  • Assist clients both in-person and via phone by assessing their needs and offering relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and precise formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications when necessary.
  • Restock shelves and create appealing displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery efforts as needed.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
  • Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
