- Ability to effectively communicate and relate to customers, with a passion for marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
