  • Detect and deter external theft suspects by monitoring store areas and identifying potential security risks.
  • Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by implementing and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on shrinkage trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate losses.
  • Support customer and associate relations by providing excellent communication and training to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, associates, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
