About the Role: As an ABA Behavior Analyst at Child Guidance Resource Centers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans that promote optimal behavior change.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement effective treatment plans based on functional analysis results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and other stakeholders

Eligibility:** Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD.
