We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeper to join our team at Red Roof. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inspect and clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, responding to requests, and addressing any concerns.
  3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby and hallways.
  4. Restock and maintain the cleanliness of linen and towel carts.
  5. Communicate with the front desk regarding any issues or concerns with guest rooms or public areas.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
