Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Apprentice Cashier at our Burlingame location. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven and flexible with working various tasks from day to day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales at the register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Scan items correctly and identify produce items.
  • Handle money and provide excellent customer service.
  • Bag groceries for customers and offer carry-out service as needed.
  • Retrieve baskets and carts for the store.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
  • Restock inventory, conduct price checks, and return products to their proper shelf locations.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to learn new technology.
  • Ability to give exceptional customer service and work in a team environment.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Local candidates only.

Pay Range

$18.25-$23.50/hour depending on industry experience.
