Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Veterinary Front Office team, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Warmly greeting clients, managing incoming calls, taking messages, and addressing basic inquiries
- Providing detailed information about the services available and suggesting suitable care options for pets
- Identifying routine versus emergency situations and promptly alerting the staff
- Employing specialized record-keeping techniques and ensuring accurate patient documentation
- Exhibiting knowledge of common animal illnesses and preventive care
- Effectively organizing medical records
- Processing financial transactions including deposits and invoicing
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in animal care, customer service, and reception
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit
