Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Fathom Management LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, preferably in DoD contracting, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the activities of all Contractor personnel as well as Subcontractors and teaming partners.
  • Implement and maintain industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies in overseeing contractor staff to ensure deliverables and services meet government requirements.
  • Notify CORs and technical points of contact of any technical, security, financial, personnel, or managerial problems encountered during performance.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in DoD contracting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
