Job Summary:

This role requires a strong background in nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in nursing, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
